Use case · everywhere at once

Cross-platform sticky notesMac, Windows, iPhone, Android, and the web — one signed-in sticki, synced everywhere.

You start a note on the laptop. You finish it on the phone over coffee. A teammate asks for the Wi-Fi password and it's already on your watch-equivalent home screen. That's the whole pitch.

Why “cross-platform” is the actual hard part

The built-in note apps are excellent at one thing each: keeping your notes inside one walled garden. The Apple one is great on Apple devices. The Google one is great if your whole life is Chrome and Android. The Microsoft one is great if you live in Windows. The moment you have a Mac at home and a Windows laptop at work, or you switched phones last year and changed ecosystems, the cross-device story collapses.

You can paste notes between apps, but then they're snapshots, not the same note. You can email them to yourself, but then you have to search. You can use a giant note-taking suite, but you wanted a sticky note, not a second brain.

Sticki.ly is the smallest possible answer. One signed-in sticki, the same sticki on every device you own, regardless of which OS made each device. That's free. Pro just removes the cap at sticki #2.

What you get on each device

  • Mac

    Menu bar

Sticki.ly lives in your menu bar. Click the icon, the sticki opens. Edit it, the change is on its way to every other device before you switch windows.

  • Windows

    System tray

Same sticki, same place — in the system tray. Pin it open or summon it on demand. Edits sync the same instant they sync on Mac.

  • iPhone

    Home-screen widget + app

Glance at the widget on your lock screen or home screen. Open the app to edit. Whatever you change shows up on your laptop the next time you look.

  • Android

    Home-screen widget + app

Same one-tap pattern as iPhone. Widget on your home screen, full app one tap away, edits sync in the background.

  • Web

    Any browser tab

Sign in at stickily.bravely.dev from anyone's computer. Your sticki is there. Useful when you're on a borrowed machine or a Chromebook that'll never run native apps.

The whole feature list, in order of how often it matters

  • Real cross-device sync, not a copy

Edit on the laptop, the phone updates. Edit on the phone, the laptop updates. Same row in the database, just rendered in five different shells. No manual export, no email-to-self, no “sync” button to remember to press.

  • Text plus one file per sticki

Title, body, and a single attached file. A PDF, a receipt photo, a boarding pass, a router-setup doc. Replace the file when you want a new one; the sticki itself stays the same.

  • Free works without paying, ever

One signed-in sticki, synced across all five clients, with up to a 10 MB attachment. No trial timer, no nag. If one sticki is all you need, one sticki is what you get, forever.

  • Pro is just “more of the same”

Unlimited stickis and a 10 GB attachment pool for $3.99/mo or $24.99/yr. No new features hiding behind the paywall — the same product, just without the cap.

  • Up to 10 devices per account

Register up to 10 signed-in devices. See them all from Settings, remove any you no longer use. Switching phones doesn't lose anything.

  • Works offline, syncs when you reconnect

Edit on a plane. The sticki saves locally; the moment you're back online, every other device gets the update.

  • Private by default

Stored encrypted at rest, never used for ads or training. The only email we have is the one you signed in with.
