Refund Policy — PrintScreen.ly

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with PrintScreen.ly, you may request a refund under the following terms: • Web subscription plans (monthly or annual): You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. To cancel future charges, cancel your subscription through the billing customer portal before the next billing date. • Lifetime license: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. • Store-billed purchases, if offered in a supported build: refunds are handled by the app store that processed the charge. • After 30 days: web refund requests may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed by the billing platform and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
