Refund Policy — Todoing.ly

We want you to be happy with Todoing.ly. Our refund posture depends on where you purchased: • Web: Subscription purchases — monthly or annual — are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the most recent charge. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. • App Store / Google Play: Refund requests for iOS and Android purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own refund policies and tooling. We cannot process those refunds on your behalf. • After 14 days: Requests for refunds outside the window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund for a web purchase, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or Bravely Account email. Our billing provider processes the refund on our behalf and funds typically land back on your payment method within 5–10 business days.
