Refund Policy — Markd.ly

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Markd.ly is not a fit, you may request a refund under the following terms: • Desktop lifetime purchases: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. • App Store purchases: Refunds for App Store transactions are handled by Apple under Apple’s own policies and tooling. • After 14 days: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund for a desktop web purchase, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or Bravely Account email. Refunds are processed by our billing provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
